Learn more about how to add your food plan
Forget about adding the food plan manually, now you can add the entire week food schedule with a few easy steps
Click on Tools
Selec Food Plan
Add Meals
Click on Meals to create the different meals
a pop up window will appear to add the meal name.
Click on +Add Meal, and add the meal name.
Turn the toggle on if you would like to add this meal to your daily plan
Then click on Save. The meal name will be added to your food plan
Create a Food Plan
Pick the date and meal name from the calendar view
Add the meals by searching for the items or add a new one.
If you want to add a new item click Add Item
If you want to select a already saved item click the small checkmark left for the item name.
Copy the item to other weekdays
Toggle on Copy
Choose the days you want to copy it to
Repeat a saved meal
Click on the 3 dots
Select Repeat
Write when you want it to repeat
Click Save
Copy and Repeat Meal Plan to other weeks
If you want to add another week Meal Plan, click Add next week
If you have the same meal plan during a longer period, then you can create the desired week's meal plans and then you can choose to repeat it until a selected date.
Edit a meal
Click on the 3 dots
Select Edit
Write the changes
Click Save
Delete a meal
Click on the 3 dots
Select Clear
A warning messages will pop up
Click Yes to confirm the deleting
