Learn how to upload and move the documents from folder to folder, and to share it with your staff, also how to rename/delete it.
Create a Folder and Document
Click on Tools
Click on Documents.
Click on Create Folder or Upload Document
Share a folder/ document
Tap on the 3 dots right next to the folder
Select Share from the list.
Sharing Settings screen will pop-up
Search for Recipients: You can search for the recipients you want to share with them the folder/document.
Add: Click on Add after choosing the recipients and adjusting whether the recipient can view or have the ownership of the folder/document.
** Note **Can View/ Have Ownership: You can choose whether the added recipient will view only or has ownership of the folder/document.
Can view: The recipient can only view the Folder/Document
Has Ownership: The recipient can rename, delete and move the Folder/Document
Move a folder/ document
Tap on the 3 dots right next to the folder
Select Move to from the list
Move to screen will pop-up.
Select the desired folder, then click on Move.
Rename a folder/ document
Tap on the 3 dots right next to the folder
Select Rename from the list
Rename Folder screen will pop-up.
Add the name of the folder, then click Save.
Delete a folder/ document
Tap on the 3 dots right next to the folder
Select Delete from the list
Delete screen will pop-up.
Click Yes if you want to delete the folder/document.
