Surveys will help you to create questionnaires so they can be sent out to children and staff.
Go to Tools
Select Surveys
Click on New Survey
Survey Title: Add a title for the survey
โRecipient: Choose the recipients that you want to share the survey with
Description: Add more details/ description of the survey.
Survey Type: Set the duration of the survey. You can choose to send it only once by selecting "One Time" or on a regular basis.
Start Date: Set the start date of the survey
End Date: Set the end date of the survey
Scheduled Survey: Schedule when would you like to conduct the survey upon arrival or at a specific time.
Make survey anonymous: Choose to make it anonymous to reply
Share with parents: Choose to share the survey with the parents or not.
Questions: Add the question text, and also you can choose the type of question.
** Note ** : The Active Button in the top beside the Survey Titel. If you want the Survey to be activate make toogle the button on (Purple color) If you want to make the survey and draft it and make activate it later toogle the button off (grey color)
Once you are done, tap on Save
Edit a Survey
Click on the 3 dots
Click Edit
Make the changes
Click save
Delete a Survey
Click on the 3 dots
Click on Delete
Make a Copy
Click on the 3 dots
Click on Make a Copy
Check the Replies from the Survey
Click on the Survey you want to see the replies
Open the class name section
Open the children section
Download the Survey
Click on the Survey you want to download
Click Download
