You may have children who take part in a specific activity such as football or dance, children who come in for only the afternoon and you want to group them together. With groups, you can easily manage children and staff within a group.

Create a new Group

  • Click on Dashboard

  • Select Groups

  • Click on +Create New Group

  • You can also add a Group Picture. (Optional)

  • Add the group name, then click on Create.



Edit a Group

  • Click on Dashboard

  • Select Groups

  • Click on the group you want to edit

  • Then click on the below icon to edit the group.

  • You will be directed to the group's information

  • Group name: you can edit the group's name.

  • Group description: you can write more details about the group.

  • Group staff ratio: set the staff-to-child ratio for the group. For example, if you need 1 teacher to every 5 students set the ratio to 5.

  • Select the statuses that will be registered in the group: set which statuses teachers can register in the group.

  • Remember to click on Save.

Delete a Group

  • Click on Dashboard

  • Select Groups

  • Click on the group you want to edit

  • Click on the Setting Icon

  • Click on Delete

  • A Warning message will appear

  • Click Yes to confirm to delete the Group

Add/Remove Member of a GroupClick on Dashboard

  • Click on Dashboard

  • Select Groups

  • Click on the group you want to add/delete children/staff member

  • Then click on Manage group member icon

Add Children and Staff

  • Click on the Children or Staff tab.

  • Tick the box next to the profile you want to add to the group.

  • Click on Add.

Remove Children/Staff member

  • Click on the Members tab.

  • Click on the delete button next to the child/staff member profile you want to remove from the group.

Sleep Report

If you want a sleep report

  • Click on the Sleep Report icon

  • Choose the date/dates

  • Choose the child/children

  • Click Export

Reported Status Comments

If there are any comments written to the statuses you can view them

  • Click on View All Comments icon

  • Select Children or Staff

  • Select the type of status

Dashboard Filter

You can Select the group of status you need to see

  • Click Select

  • A menu will open

  • Tab the group you want to be listed

Group Dashboard Sorting

You can Sort the Dashboard

  • Click the pile beside A to Z

  • Select between A to Z, Z to A, Checked in first and checked out first.

    **Note** the default view is A to Z each time you open the dashboard.
