Sometimes children get hurt while playing at the nursery. You can report these incidents using the following steps.
Select Dashboard
Select the room that has the child you want to add Ouch report to her/his profile.
Select the child profile.
Click on the Status
Tap on Ouch.
Set the date
Set the time
You can write a comment
Click Submit, and you are done.
