How to modify a role and the permissions for each created role
Click on Staff & Scheduling
Select Staff List
Click Manage Roles
Select the role you want to delete from the drop-down list.
If you want to edit the name only of the role, just tap on the name, then tap on the below checkmark right next to the role name to save the new name.
Choose Role Functions
To give the role-specific functions, follow these steps:
Select the checkmark next to the type of function you want to grant to the role. The checkmark turns Orange when the function is active.
When done and you need to Save it, then go to the top and click on the little orange checkmark beside the role name.
Note: To cancel all changes done to the role, click X at the top right of the role name.
View Users Assigned to Role
To see the users assigned for each role, click the number next to the role name.
A pop-up window will appear that shows the number of users assigned to the role
The example below shows there is 1 user assigned to the role named Teacher
