This guide shows how to set up Zoom integration, link meetings to your schedule, and enhance communication with staff and parents effortlessly.

Note: You must have an active Zoom account to use this feature. Additionally, the integration can only be set up through the portal, ensuring seamless access and management of virtual meetings.

If you don’t already have a Zoom account, you’ll need to sign up for one on the Zoom website before setting up this integration.

🔹 Step 1

➡️ Go to Settings (bottom-left corner of the screen)

➡️ Select Integrations

🔹 Step 2

➡️ choose Zoom

🔹 Step 3

Log in to Zoom

➡️ Hit the Log In button.

➡️ You’ll be redirected to the Zoom login page—enter your credentials (email and password).

🔹 Step 4

🎉 You're Connected!

➡️ Once logged in, your Parent account and Zoom account are linked.

🎥 Create a Zoom Meeting Event in a Snap!

Hosting a meeting has never been easier! Follow these simple steps to create an event with a Zoom meeting:

Step 1: 🖱️ Click "Home"

  • Start by selecting the "Calnder" button.

Step 2: 📝 Choose ‘’creat event’’

Step 3🔄: Fill in all the important information, like the event title, date, time, and description.

Step 4: 🔄 Toggle "Make it a Zoom Meeting"

Flip the switch to ON to link your Zoom meeting to the event.

Step 5: 💾 Save the Event

  • Hit Save, and the event will automatically appear in the Parent calendar.

  • Click the meeting event on the calendar to review it's details

Step 6: 🔗 Join the Meeting

  • At the time of the meeting, recipients can go to the calendar and click "Join Zoom Meeting" for direct access.

✨ Bonus: The event will automatically appear in the recipients' newsfeed, making it easily accessible for everyone involved. Alongside the event details, it includes a handy Join Meeting button, allowing participants to quickly access the Zoom meeting without the need to search through their calendar.

But that’s not all—if you’re creating a post, you can also directly link a Zoom meeting to it! This means you can include relevant information, like the meeting agenda, key discussion points, or any preparation instructions, ensuring participants have everything they need in one place.

°❀⋆ How to Remove a Zoom Account

Removing your Zoom account from Parent is simple. Follow these steps:


Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣ Navigate to the Integration Tool:

  • Go to the Operations Hub in the main menu.

2️⃣ Access the Integration Settings:

  • Click on Operations Hub to open the settings menu.

3️⃣ Find Zoom in the Integrations Section:

  • Scroll down to the Integrations section and locate Zoom Integration.

4️⃣ Log Out from Zoom:

  • Select Zoom Integration and click the Logout button.

✨ Done!

Your Zoom account is now successfully removed from Parent. If you wish to reconnect your account in the future, you can always follow the integration setup steps
