Add / Delete a Contact to a Child Profile

  • Go to Children in the left side menu

  • Click Children.

  • Select the child profile you want to add a contact to.

  • Click on Family from the child profile

  • Click the + (Add) icon.

  • Fill in the required contact details:

  • Name: Enter the contact’s full name.

  • Relation: Specify the contact’s relation to the child.

  • Mobile Number: Enter the contact’s mobile number.

  • Email: Enter the contact’s email address.

  • Role: Choose the contact role:

    • Parent – Full access: can view photos, posts, private messages, invitations, and the child’s profile.

    • Family – Limited access: can pick up the child, view photos, and posts (recommended for grandparents/relatives).

    • Pickup – Pickup only: can only pick up the child.

    • No Access – No role assigned.

  1. Click Save when done.

Note: Staff can also add a contact by going to the Dashboard → select the room → choose the child → Profile → Contacts, then follow the same steps above.

Delete a Child Contact

  • From the family tab in the child’s profile

  • Select the contact

  • Select Delete.

  • A warning message will appear.

  • Click Yes to confirm.
