Add / Delete a Contact to a Child Profile
Go to Children in the left side menu
Click Children.
Select the child profile you want to add a contact to.
Click on Family from the child profile
Click the + (Add) icon.
Fill in the required contact details:
Name: Enter the contact’s full name.
Relation: Specify the contact’s relation to the child.
Mobile Number: Enter the contact’s mobile number.
Email: Enter the contact’s email address.
Role: Choose the contact role:
Parent – Full access: can view photos, posts, private messages, invitations, and the child’s profile.
Family – Limited access: can pick up the child, view photos, and posts (recommended for grandparents/relatives).
Pickup – Pickup only: can only pick up the child.
No Access – No role assigned.
Click Save when done.
Note: Staff can also add a contact by going to the Dashboard → select the room → choose the child → Profile → Contacts, then follow the same steps above.
Delete a Child Contact
From the family tab in the child’s profile
Select the contact
Select Delete.
A warning message will appear.
Click Yes to confirm.
