How Do I Start with Parent?
Getting started is quick and easy:
Check your inbox for an invitation email from Parent.
Click the link in the email to set your password.
Log in using your email and new password.
You’re all set! Start exploring, connecting, and staying in the loop.
Tip: Don’t see the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, just in case!
You can access your account anytime, anywhere, through:

Click on “Child Profile” in the navigation bar to view and update your child’s details.
Fill in the key sections:

All your child’s personal and health information in one place. Help keep them safe by ensuring everything is up to date.
Contacts
Add family and friends, from grandparents to close contacts, so they can stay connected
and see your child’s special moments.
Tip: Keeping this info current helps your centre care for your child with confidence and
ease.
Track Your Child’s Details
Stay connected to your child’s day, memories, and growth, all in one place.
Activity
See everything your child’s been up to. Check naps, meals, diaper changes, and more to get the full picture.
Media
Enjoy all your child’s photos, videos, and shared documents, neatly organized and easy to access anytime.
Journey
Follow your child’s development through the early years, with observations, assessments and checks that show you real progress over time.
Tip: These features are updated in real-time, so you're always just a tap away from your child’s world.
Stay Updated Through Newsfeed
Click on “Newsfeed” in the navigation bar to see all the latest updates in one place.
What Can You Find There?
As a parent, your Newsfeed is your go-to for:
Videos and photos shared of your child
Upcoming events you need to respond to
Meetings with teachers
Closing days and holiday notices
You can like and comment on posts, in a private, secure space.
Secure & Direct Messaging
Click on “Messages” or the icon at the top of the page to start a conversation.
Send private, secure messages to your child’s teachers, or nursery staff making it easy to stay connected, ask questions, and share updates.
Daily Organized Calendar
Click on “Calendar” in the navigation bar to keep track of everything happening in your child’s day.
What Can You Find There?

Check-in & pick-up times

Secure & Direct Billing
Click on “ Child Profile ” → Plan to view all billing details
