Staff scheduling - How to Add a Schedule for Staff

  1. Go to "Staff" in the Left Side Menu

2. Select "Staff scheduling"

3. Click on "Schedule"

4. Select Which Teacher you Want to Add the Schedule to

5. Click "Next"

6. Add the Start Date and End Date of the Staff Schedule

7. Select the Weeks you want the Schedule to repeat on

8. Append or Overwrite the Schedule

9. Click on the Calendar to Add the Schedule

10. Select Which Room the Staff Will be Scheduled In

11. Add From What Time, to What Time the Teacher Will be in that Room

12. Click "Add" to Select a Second Room

13. Add a Break Duration for the Teacher

14. Copy The Schedule to the Days it Applies to

15. Click on "Apply"

16. Click on "Submit" to Save the Schedule
