How to Extract Payers Tax Receipts & Share

Reports tab will allow you to generate bulk tax receipts for the families

  1. Navigate to your Portal

2. From "Finance"

3. Click "Transactions"

4. Under "Reports"

5. Click the "Search by Child or Payer" field if you want to search by specific payer or child.

6. Filter with "Rooms"

7. Or filter with "Child Status".

8. Or filter with the "Last generated date"

9. Click "Reset" to reset your filters to defaults.

10. Click here to bulk select children.

11. The system will select what's showing on the page but you can select all children by clicking on "Select all X children".

12. Click "Clear Selection" if needed.

13. Click "Generate Report"

14. Select the date range for the tax receipt.

15. Click the drop-down to customize the tax receipt and select the needed info.

16. Add or remove the info.

17. Choose whether to share the tax receipt with the parents or not.

18. Once you're done, click "Generate and send"

19. You can export the report from here.
