How to Create and Manage Charges in Product Management
Navigate to https://portal.parent.cloud/overview
2. From "Settings"
3. Click "Product Management"
4. Go to "Charges"
5. Create "New Charge"
6. Add a charge name
7. Choose pricing frequency whether "Weekly", "Monthly", or "One Time"
8. Add the Price
9. "Set group prices"
10. Update the prices based on the pricing group.
11. Example 1, "Infants" $10
12. Example 2, "Toddlers" $7
13. Example 3, "Pre-school" $3
14. From Taxes drop down menu
15. Choose the Tax
16. From Discounts drop down menu
17. Choose the discount
18. Once done, click "Save"
19. To edit or delete, click the three dots on the charge created.
20. Click "Edit"
21. Click "Delete"
22. Select "Yes"
