How to Add and Manage Rooms
Navigate to https://portal.parent.cloud/overview
2. Open the "Settings" tab
3. Click "Rooms"
4. Fill in the "Room Name" field.
5. Click "Add Room"
6. Click "Settings"
7. Select the room color
8. Fill in the "Room description" field.
9. Fill in the "Phone number" field.
10. Set up the Room capacity.
11. Set up the Staff Ratio
12. Choose the reports that you would like to keep for this room
13. Choose whether to show or hide the Diaper change/Toilet visit
14. Choose whether to show or hide the nap times.
15. Choose whether to show or hide the child age
16. Choose whether the parents are required to enter the pick up time and person.
17. Click "Save"
18. Click "Delete", in case you would like to delete.
19. Click "Yes"
