How to Create and Manage Registration Form

  1. Click on Reports & Forms.

2. Select "Smart forms"

3. Click on "Build new form"

4. Click to open the section.

5. Drag and drop the required fields from the sections on the left-hand side.

6. Select the mandatory fields on the right-hand side by turning on the Required toggle.

7. Click Save.

8. Click "Advanced" to see other and more options

9. Click on "Section Title" field to write the name.

10. Enter the section name in the "Section Title" field.

11. Click save.

12. You can click the ‘drag indicator’ to move sections up or down.

13. Click "Form Setup"

14. Name the form by clicking the ‘Form Title ’ field

15. Click the ‘Languages’ field to choose the desired languages

16. Select the required languages. You can add multiple languages.

17. Click Enable to add a payment link to the form.

18. Enter the required amount in the Amount field.

19. Choose the payment type

20. Click on "enable" to add a thank you message

21. Write the thank you message in the "Your message" field.

22. Click "Publish"

23. Click the three dots to view available options.

24. Choose an option from the list.
