All authorized staff (who have permission to access inspirations) can view the following three tabs in the Inspiration Library:
1๏ธโฃ Public ๐
โ What It Contains:
Displays all inspirations that have been shared publicly with all users across all companies using the Parent System.
Inspirations in this tab are accessible to any center enrolled in the system.
๐ Example: A creative sensory play activity shared by a center in New York can be viewed by a center in California or another country using Parent System.

Includes both public and private inspirations that the user has personally created.
๐ Example: If a teacher creates a "Storytelling with Puppets" inspiration and marks it as private, it will appear in their "My Inspiration" tab, but only they will see it there.
๐น Other authorized staff from the same center will see this private inspiration under the centerโs tab instead, ensuring that private inspirations remain accessible only to those within the assigned center while remaining organized for the original creator.

โ
How to Attach an Inspiration:
1๏ธโฃ Create a Newsfeed Post โ Begin writing a regular post.
2๏ธโฃ Select the Inspiration Icon โ A blue light bulb icon (Inspiration "bulb") is located at the end of the post creation screen, among other media and development attachment options.

โ Makes learning more engaging by linking posts to pre-developed educational content.
โ Saves time by providing ready-to-use inspirations instead of creating new explanations.
โ Enhances communication between educators and parents by offering clear activity insights.
๐น Difference Between Regular vs. Dedicated Observation-Type Posts
โ
Regular Newsfeed Post โ Used for general updates, announcements, and shared content.
โ Inspirations can be attached to these posts to provide additional learning ideas or activity details.
โ Dedicated Observation-Type Post โ Designed for recording child observations and progress tracking.
โ Inspirations cannot be attached here, as these posts are meant for individual assessments and documentation, not resource sharing.
๐ Example:
A daycare staff member wants to share an art activity inspiration with parents and colleagues.
๐น They create a regular newsfeed post and attach the "Creative Finger Painting" inspiration, making it easy for others to access and try the activity.
๐น However, if they are documenting a childโs progress in a dedicated observation-type post, they will not be able to attach the inspiration, as this post is focused on tracking individual developmental milestones rather than sharing general activity ideas.
๐ For structured child observations, use the observation-type post. For sharing creative ideas, use a regular newsfeed post with an attached inspiration!
