Live Video Meetings
Learn how to create and host a live meeting
Note: To add Live Videos, you have to integrate the Zoom account, please look here how to do it.
You can host live meetings right from your Parent Newsfeed. To start a live meeting, follow these steps:
Add Link
Click on the Newsfeed tab
Tap on Live Video
Write your post to let people know about your live meeting/session
Add the recipients then click on Post
Launch Meeting
Once you have created the post follow these steps:
Click on Join Live Video
You will be directed to Zoom to start the meeting
Once you have started your meeting, the parents and staff members can use the link in the Newsfeed to join your live session.
